When you log into the system via your computer by entering your REP ID and your personal password your calls will be sent to the system phone number you gave to us. The script will automatically pop up on your screen. This script is determined by which 800 number the caller has called in on. You need to practice these scripts and be familiar with them so that you can smoothly run through them and DO NOT sound as if you are reading to them.
The higher your 8/9 conversion the higher priority you will be. This means that your calls will come in faster. This is not the only way your priority is set the system also determines your priority by how low your ACL(average call length) and how high your email capture percentage is.
When you answer the call (make sure you do this no later than the second ring), you will answer the call in a personal and friendly way. If it is the holiday season answer the call Happy Holidays this is "your name". May I have your name please? You need to make each and every caller feel as if they are the most important person you will talk to all day long.
When introducing the offer to them instead of saying Great Lisa, say congratulations Lisa you have been selected to receive this amazing offer. So be updeat, excited, and believe in the product.
If a caller hangs up before retaining their name click the caller hung up button. If they hang up anytime after this go through the screens and log this call as an inquiry.
If you have any of the following:
wrong number, caller really not interested, underage caller, prank caller or has a 900 block and you could not sell the club to them and gave out the international number Log these calls as inquires.
You are going to need to keep track of the time you log in each day and log out. Tally how many calls were sales. And on each Monday fax them over for the previous week.
You may want to download Yahoo Messenger so that when you are taking calls the first few times you can contact me if you have any problems or questions. I am logged in most of the day and night.
THE FOLLOWING IS VERY IMPORTANT:
* If you need to leave your computer for any amount of time LOG OFF.
* Tell your family and friends not to call you during work hours.
* Hang up your phone before clicking the log off button.
* Do not just close your browser when logging off. Yes, if
you forget you can just sign back in and log out of the system.
